The Bern University of the Arts (BUA) is an international, multilingual university with students and teachers from over 30 different countries. It is connected with a number of universities abroad, has productions touring in other countries and engages in numerous collaborative projects with international partners. The BUA participates in the Erasmus programme and, thus, promotes its students` and staff members` mobility.

The International Office is the office and support centre for the BUA`s international matters. It secures the university`s participation in international education and research programmes, supports the various divisions in realising their internationalisation and takes care of foreign guests and students.
