Music Library
The BUA Music Library is a specialised public library with media on practical music. The collection consists of approximately 45'000 printed scores, 6'000 books, 5'000 CDs/DVDs, 1'000 rara and 60 current periodicals.
The music scores are registered in a separate scores catalogue, all other media are included in the union catalogue of the library consortium IDS Basel/Bern. Most of the stock can be borrowed. It is possible to have books and music scores sent out by mail (fee required).
