Biography
- Rika Koch is a professor at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH), where she leads the Research Group on Public Procurement and Law (PPL). She is als o a lecturer in Foreign Trade Law and Public Procurement Law at the University of Bern. Her research focuses on public procurement and international economic law, particularly at the intersection of sustainability and digitalization. Prior to that, Dr. Koch was a Lecturer and Postdoctoral Fellow in WTO law at the University of Zurich and worked as a legal counsel at the Swiss State Secretariate or Economic Affairs (Seco) as well as the Swiss Federal Office for Meteorology and Climatology (Meteoswiss).
