Project Management

Take projects safely from concept to completion: on the CAS in Project Management, you will combine tried-and-tested and agile methods with the necessary skills.

In the CAS in Project Management, you will learn how to plan, manage and successfully implement projects. This part-time professional development programme combines tried-and-tested fundamentals with agile approaches. You will apply what you have learnt to your own projects and develop your skills in a targeted manner. A consistent focus on practical application is guaranteed.

  • You will acquire comprehensive project management skills and learn to analyse problems, develop solutions and lead projects from concept to completion, as well as manage project teams.
  • You will apply methods and tools directly to your own projects.
  • You will strengthen your technical, methodological and personal skills for demanding project and leadership tasks.
  • You will exchange ideas with project management experts and participants from a variety of industries and professional fields.
