Do you want to get a handle on the ‘soft and hard factors’ in a project? Optimize your project management method thanks to the project management course.
In this course, you will learn how to deal professionally with the soft success factors in projects. You will develop your project management skills and acquire the necessary knowledge to apply tailored methods and practices for dealing with uncertainty in projects, balancing interests in the project environment and empowering your project team:

With or without ECTS credits?
Would you like to continue your education without acquiring ECTS credits? Then simply take part in the course without providing proof of competence. In order to earn ECTS credits, you must provide a successful proof of competence.
The course can be attended individually or credited to the CAS Advanced Project Management. In order for the course to be credited towards this CAS, the proof of competence must be completed successfully.
