Project Portfolio Management

In the Project Portfolio Management course, you will learn how to manage and coordinate your projects - from their inception to their successful implementation. You will skillfully link your project portfolio with your corporate strategy. This will enable you to achieve sustainable results, regardless of whether you work in a company, an administration or an NPO.

Do you manage projects or employees and want to organize the project landscape efficiently and effectively? Here you will learn about models and tools that will support you in this:

  • You actively shape project portfolio management and define its mission.
  • You will work intensively on the processes and structure of project portfolio management.
  • You know and use agile forms of organizational and project management.
  • You will use specific tools for project and portfolio management.
  • You will bring your professional challenges to the course and work on your own practical cases.

With or without ECTS credits?

Would you like to continue your education without acquiring ECTS credits? Then simply take part in the course without providing proof of competence. In order to earn ECTS credits, you must provide a successful proof of competence.

The course can be attended individually or credited to the CAS Advanced Project Management. In order for the course to be credited towards this CAS, the proof of competence must be completed successfully.
