Anja Joos (Agent, Co-owner of Spielkind)

...studied art history and Romance languages and earned her master’s degree in European Audiovisual Management (Media Business School, Ronda/Spain). After various roles in the film industry, she founded her own management agency in 2009. In 2017, she merged with Spielkind and now works as an agent and co-owner.

Mattias Frik (Agent, Co-owner & Managing Director of Spielkind)

...got his first job in the film industry right after finishing school by submitting a Super 8 film he directed at age 17. After gaining experience in editing, camera, and production departments, he co-founded a production company in Munich. In 2000, he opened a boutique talent agency, which was transformed into Spielkind in 2005.
